Traditional Pre-School

My name is Kerry Klingner, and I am the Head Teacher of the Two's Class. I am a wife and the mom of 4 , my son is 14, my daughter is 10 and my 2 Step Children are 21 and 17. I have over 30 years of experience working with children of all ages, as well 10 years’ experience teaching children ages 1 to 3.5 in a Preschool Setting. This is my sixth year at Young World Day School. I have an Associate’s Degree in Business Management, and I have completed the necessary coursework for my CDA Certification. I am very lucky to have 2 Assistant Teachers, Mrs. Walker, and Mrs. Begnoche with me in PreK-3!

Mrs. Karen Begnoche is one of our Assistant Teachers. She is a wife and a mom of 5 children, ages 28, 26, 24, 22, and 20 (4 boys and the youngest is a girl!). Mrs. B has a B.S. in Marketing from Montclair State University. This is her fifth year at Young World and she has over 17 years of experience working in a Preschool/Daycare setting with children. She loves being a part of the Young World Family.

Mrs. Lori Walker is so happy to be a part of the Young World Family. She has been working with children since she was 13; babysitting, coaching, teaching religious education, and for the past 26 years in a childcare setting. In 2002, Mrs. Walker received her CDA certification. In her spare time she enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with her 14-year-old daughter Jessica and her husband of 20 years Marc. She looks forward to watching your child grow throughout the year.
